SynergyWorks was officially founded in 2013 with the intention of helping small business owners and startups go from barely surviving to thriving. The company was started on a shoestring budget and has grown tremendously over the past few years due to hard work, fair and ethical work practices, and a genuine care for the clients served. the thought behind synergyworks: tax, legal, design is simple. any business savvy person knows that all businesses need 3 really good things to succeed. an accountant, an attorney, and a great marketing materials. we wanted to create a company where a small business could find all those resources and more at a price that would not put them out of business!

We find that the more we help our clients grow, the more we grow and everybody wins. We focus on long term relationships and win-win scenarios. Over the course of our tenure in business we had created several strategic partnerships aimed at providing the most value possible to our clients. we always strive to be fair and COMPETITIVE in our pricing and vow to always be completely upfront with our clients in all of our moves. we strongly believe in the concept of synergy, that 1 + 1 can equal 3 and thus our brand of SynergyWorks was born.

RACHAEL HENNINGTON STARTED HER TAX CAREER WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRMS. SINCE THEN, SHE KNEW HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES UNDERSTAND TAXES WERE HER PASSION. FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS, RACHAEL HAS PROVIDED TAX ADVICE, TAX PREPARATION, FINANCIAL CONSULTING AND RESOURCES TO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. SHE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT EQUIPPING CLIENTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS THAT PROMOTE BUSINESS GROWTH. THROUGH SYNERGYWORKS, MRS. HENNINGTON ADVISES ON EFFECTIVE TAX STRATEGIES, LOWERING TAX LIABILITIES, INCREASING BUSINESS REVENUE AND OFFERS RESOURCES TO HELP PROTECT AND GROW SMALL BUSINESS. MRS. TIM HENNINGTON HAS BEEN A DESIGNER SINCE A VERY YOUNG AGE. HE NOTICED HIS PASSION FOR ART IN MIDDLE SCHOOL DOING GRAFFITI FOR HIS SCHOOL AND VARIOUS PROJECTS AROUND THE COMMUNITY. WITH OVER 10 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, HE HAS DEVELOPED AND REFINED HIS SKILLS AND NOW ENJOYS HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS FIND THEIR BRAND AND HELPING THEM BRING THE VISION FOR THEIR COMPANY TO LIFE. HE SERVES AS CO-OWNER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF SYNERGYWORKS. MR. HENNINGTON LOVES WORKING WITH SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN A SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR SINCE HE WAS A TEENAGER. EQUIPPED WITH THE SKILLS TO GROW A BUSINESS, HE ENJOYS SHARING WITH OTHER ASPIRING ENTREPRENEURS WHAT HE HAS LEARNED AND HELPING THEM AVOID COMMON MISTAKES. He finds most people and business owner don't use attorneys until they are burning up legally due to the cost and not knowing who to call. he was BORN IN ATLANTA, GA, and currently LIVES IN SNELLVILLE, GA WITH HIS WIFE AND BUSINESS PARTNER RACHAEL AND THEIR TWO KIDS.
